One adorable cat was left behind by its owner who moved out, telling his neighbors that he was 'moving somewhere with dogs that won't like the cat'. His solution? To abandon the poor fluffy feline outside his apartment complex. My heart breaks as I type this out. How is that a valid reason to leave a cat behind?
